2200 Sq Ft Apartment In Omaxe, Ludhiana.
This home was done for a middle-aged couple frequented by their kids. As per their needs, we made most of the spaces very comfortable and functional and low on maintenance to save them from day to day hangups.
The common area was done in whites and golds with powder blue soft furnishings thus making the space look very royal and plush for the guests and inhabitants.
We had to make a lot of structural changes to make better utilization of spaces. I would say this is a compact, contemporary home sufficing all the needs of the couple with good spaces and areas provided for entertaining and lounging.
The home when it was assigned to us was below average and needed a lot of work in terms of woodwork, walls, ceiling and lighting. Since it is a ground floor apartment, the outdoor and indoor had to be integrated and made useful.
