This project has been completed exactly in two months at Omaxe tower, in Ludhiana. It is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, 1 drawing room, dining, and kitchen. Beginning with civil work, false ceiling, electricals, etc to furbishing- furniture, upholstery, accessories; the project was completely handled by Shreya Designs and handed over to the client in 60 days.
We have kept the modern theme for the house with each room having a particular color scheme to make it look different yet on similar lines as they are a part of the same small house.
This is the wall one encounters with as they enter. We have adorned it with a champagne metallic color with texture. The beautiful artistic gold mirror above the buffet counter is the focal point.
The drawing and dining area are a part of the same room yet separated a little by the ceiling and an eclectic hanging light. The drawing room has a highlighted wall in champagne color and on the other side, we placed a beautiful tree of life on the wall right above the sofa. The sofa is done on simple lines in a soft velvet in the blue shade which is easy to maintain and can accommodate 6-8 people at any given point of time. The center table in wood, glass, and stone breaks the monotony of the room and stands out. The two high back chairs in front of the accent wall add seating space and impart grandeur. Thus, the whole space is simple, practical yet a little formal as that is where most of the guests will be entertained.
This is the dining and bar area. Just above the bar will be a TV with a music console to add character to get-togethers and facilitate entertainment. A lavish concealed bar with storage underneath and a serving counter on top in stone is accommodated into space. The dining for 6 is done in wood with fully upholstered chairs in powder blue upholstery to match up the drawing room. The chairs are comfortable and can be dragged in the drawing room to fulfill the need to accommodate more people.
The son’s room is done in a shade of blue on the accent wall with a bed against it which has a headboard and footboard made in suede. The quirky lights against the side wall are the focal point and really add to the look of the room.
This is the guest room which is done primarily in black, white and grey. We have kept everything in the room simple and minimal, so the wall covered with floral wallpaper against the headboard really accentuates the look of the room and gives it a character.
This is the master bedroom dresser done in the mirror with the sliding shutters which save space and provides good moving space to get ready. The sliding shutters allow maximum usage of the available space.
This is the master toilet which we have done in earthy colours and a rusty look. We have designed the space to keep maximum utilization in mind. The washroom space looks big because of the right choice of the tiles, shades, and colors.
