1800 Sq Ft Apartment At Ireo Grand Arch, Golf Course Extension Road
The home was designed keeping in mind the needs of the inhabitants. As per the brief, they required a minimalistic home, which is very functional and modern as well.
Since the space was not huge, we tried to put it together by using soft and light colours with accent walls and features at places to spruce it up. The complete house had a similar flooring that makes it look large and homogeneous and the living and the dining area had two accents, dark walls adorned with beautiful artwork with light furniture, natural colours and soft furnishings.
Though each bedroom was done primarily in whites and greys yet they all stand distinct because of the accent furniture pieces designed as per utility.
A zen kind of home!
The space was raw and very basic with unmatched flooring, bad workmanship, small nooks and corners which we kind of reconstructed and converted them into large spaces with more storage and made them more functional. I would say we added life to a skeleton that was given to us.
