3000 SQ. FEET LUXE APARTMENT’S RENOVATION PROJECT IN GURUGRAM
The entire interiors of this stand-alone 3000 sq. feet home in Gurugram were re-designed by our creative team. We renovated three bedrooms, a dining room, and a drawing-room in this apartment and did some civil changes too. The dining and the drawing-room were kept sophisticated and contemporary, just the way the client wanted. We refurbished the old furniture to give these spaces a modern look and used light color paint on the walls to give the space a fresh feel
The parent’s room was kept minimal and to add to the theme we decided to give the room a light-wood and monochromatic colour scheme. We also designed an attached separate study room with a glass partition. The master bedroom has a modern storyline as the concept. The off-white and grey with a rose gold theme used in the room are giving the space a rich and classy look but we also tried to keep it a little dramatic by using accents’ in rose gold hardware. The bathroom is also designed in an off-white scheme with high gloss wall surfaces. We added a glass ceiling in the shower area to bring in the natural light along with a jacuzzi for relaxation.
For the daughter’s room, we decided to include a comfortable yet funky bed headboard, duo chromatic furniture in light-wood and white high gloss, and backlit glass in the room. The dramatic feel to the room was given by adding mood-changing lights to the ceiling. The study area is kept large and incorporates a high gloss white theme to add to a calm mood. The bathroom is in a monochrome beige theme to make it look highly functional. The client wanted each room to face the lawn by merging the outdoor and indoor areas. It was indeed a difficult task to do but our team handled it beautifully. We kept the landscaping simple and easy to maintain. We enjoyed working on this project, and are so proud of the sensational transformations we achieved.
